Exceptional

50 yards to main shopping road and 200 yards to forrt/museum and best restaurant in town. Owner speaks good Russian, English and German.

It’s a flat, in a 5 min walking from the center of Khudzhand. It has everything you need. Even the internet that you can carry with you.
