Exceptional

Excellent location . A easy walk to the menin gate . So much history in this area this makes a great central point . Superb breakfast . Comfy bed and superb hosts . Highly recommended .

The owner is very helpful & the breakfasts are great. Having the ability to make tea & coffee when you like. There is a communal sitting room so you are not stuck in your room. Have used ...
