Very good value for money, and the breakfast had various options. Room 101 is large and the bed comfortable. Staff people very polite and friendly.

Location is good, being in one of the Venice islands. Breakfast is good as well.
The room was fantastic! Plenty of space with the extra balcony and lovely bathroom. Vanessa was just lovely, let us have an early breakfast on day of departure and cooked for us.
