John was terrific, very welcoming and always on hand to suggest a good place to relax and grab a meal with the little cakes. A note was left to indicate our room number and the keys were in the door...
Hospitality, ease in checking in, bathroom facilities were very clean, bed was comfy.
It is an old house typical of the area. It is very close to the Salamanca district with typical houses in the area and the bars and meeting places of the people.
The atmosphere of the hotel was very familiar and the treatment exquisite, the owner was always worried that we did not lack anything.
