Bad customer service

The rooms are spacious, we stayed in a family room which accommodated my kids well

Rooms were beautiful and clean and cozy, loved the bunk beds for the kids. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the private patio.
