Delightful find!

Very quaint. Clean and fresh. Proprietor was a hoot!

Relaxing and very beautiful.

The room was great. It had a small kitchenette with the microwave and fridge nicely hidden in a cabinet. It is close to the heart of Dunedin.

Everything. Close enough to everything, but far away enough for quietness. Owners are phenomenal. Down to earth and knowledgable about the town. Great breakfast with options.
