Breakfast, location and staff were fantastic. The capsule storage design and the locker design is one of the best I've seen. There was just so much space to store gear and having your own locker ...
Fantastic location with great on-site ski and snowboard rentals. Perfect for anyone going to Niseko for a powder trip.
Its location as always is perfect, just in front of the slopes, but after visiting it for three years, the atmosphere has changed a lot, the staff is all new and they can't help you with anything.
The attention of the Hotel workers is great, they are very friendly and always attentive to help.
