the staff was super nice during our entire stay. upon our arrival we have received an upgrade to a superior room for the same price. Also the girl at the reception (who speaks a perfect English) ...

Very friendly and competent staff, who tries to fulfil all your wishes. Very good breakfast. The location has a fantastic view into the valley.
