Overall the stay was an unexpected pleasure. This is just me but it was hard to find and in a very busy area.
Breakfast was good; a bit disorganised on the first morning as there were more guests than expected but the one member of staff serving coped very well with the situation and another member of staff ...
The best is breakfast, without a doubt. Typical English and well done. Also the coffee machine and tea were very good and the cookies were great and everything was fratis.
Comfort, silence and aesthetics
Hotel within a university residence area, very quiet. The very comfortable bed, tea service and cookies in the corridors.
