Very good

Convenient for Matterhorn Express. Big ski room and nice post-ski shower facilities on day of departure. Even budget room (our choice) comes with a big balcony.

Lovely place in Zermatt

The location was good, the staff was really friendly (especially the portuguese receptionist, she gave us tips and was kind to us), the room was big and the balcony view is stunning.
