The staff, are super nice and polite, we loved the treatment we received both on arrival and on departure. Too bad the comfort of the bed was not good.
It is located near the station.
Very closed to the Firenze SMN station. Staffs are nice and place is clean.

Steps from the train station. Value rooms in Europe come without certain amenities.
Large room and comfortable bed
Hotel was very clean and it is near to a lot of places worth to visit, and also near to the supermarket, railway station and restaurants. People at reception were very kind and helpful !
