Central village location with unexpected excellent service. Friendly staff at every level - nothing was too much trouble. Excellent & well priced food. Comfortable beds & communal spaces.
Great hotel right in the centre of La Clusaz and only a short walk from the lifts. Staff could not have been more accommodating - with a great room to leave luggage and change in/out of ski gear ...
I did not like.
The lady at the reception was very friendly, we arrived quite late and she did not wait until 10.30pm when we arrived, she was very friendly and speaks Spanish.
