I stayed there only for a night for a very early flight (6am). So I only slept very fast in the hotel. But the location is great, very close to the airport.

Read some poor reviews, me and my daughter stayed because of early morning flight. So we were able to get the bus from just down the road to campiano airport 1.30 Euro (taxi would have been 20. Euro ...
The comfortable and clean room just like the bathroom and near super good train station
It is close to the bus station and Ciampino airport 5 minutes by taxi and the area looked safe, we arrived at 9 pm and the streets were well lit
