Very comfortable room with air conditioner and balcony. Lago de Garda beach is 10 min walk from the hotel. Expresso and croissants in the coffee bar were perfect!
Staff were excellent,room was well looked after,parking available and hotel is across the road from lake Garda and in a great position to explore sirmione and other towns around the lake.

All very new and very clean.Close to an excellent restaurant Pizzeria that I recommend (Cavallo) .Free parking at the hotel.Residential area.It has mosquito netting.It has a cafeteria for breakfast.
