The ubication
Good accommodation, belongs to a hotel but you are outside in a kind of apartment. It has parking included and that is very interesting in Olbia. The location is unbeatable, and the staff very friendly.
We liked the size of the apartment with three different rooms and the little balcony with a great view on the piazza 'Giacomo Matteoti' and the city of Olbia.
Position, cleanliness
Only stayed one night (of the four booked), as we were offered a room at the Panorama Hotel (which owns and runs the Residence) at the same price. As we didn't really need the 2-bedroom facilities...
