Location and accessibility were perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. :) I was even able to check in an hour earlier than first informed, as the room was cleaned early. :)

Location is fantastic - close to everything, rooms were clean, staff welcoming and speaks English. Room was furnished with very old fashion and nice looking cupboards (though they were a bit smelly...
Great atmosphere in the hotel! The hotel is located in the center of Salzburg. Clean and warm rooms.
