I loves the style of the hotel and the staff was fantastic.

It was nice and clean! The gentleman at the front desk is awesome; he upgrades our stay because we got there early on Wednesday! I will come back next time when we visit Pittsfield! Thank you again!

The attention to EVERY detail was exceptional
