Excellent location, excellent facilities.
The warmth of the staff and the willingness to help you with excursions, advice, transfers. I emphasize Johanni's attention very specially.
Very beautiful room decorated, as it appears in the photos. The location is great, a few steps from the Malecon. It has free parking. The breakfast is fine.
Classy interiors; comfortable beds; clean toilets ; excellent and helpful staff. Best of all was the adjoining restaurant Don Pamiro (?) - superb Italian food at a reasonable price.
Good service, very clean and organized
The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. It also appears to be updated and clean. And the beds were very comfortable and very soft. I slept very well on them.
