The location is fine if you are passing, as it is close to the highway. It is also not far from the center of Biarritz, but you have to travel by car.
The treatment of the staff, pleasant
The room, although initially very cold, did warm up when I used both the heater and hot air-con. It was good there was a TV to cheer up the gloomy winter atmosphere.

Everything was fine etc location from the airport. The staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was adequate.
