The hotel staff is terrible. They ran my credit card 4 times & charged me on 2 credit cards for the same night. It took weeks to get my money back & they were so rude during the whole process...
Did not expect a room with fully equipped kitchen. After entering my room, I went back to front desk to see if a mistake was made but was told all the rooms are like that. The room was very clean and ...
The room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, kitchenette with everything, and the staff very friendly. They have an area with washers and dryers and a small colmadito.
