They were very nice and friendly but it was not clean.

Horrible customer service

Not only did it smell horrible because of a busted pipe the coffee maker in our room didn't work. The tile in the bathroom was broken and my disabled mother almost fell the manager was the rudest ...

The staff was very nice and welcoming they greeted us with smiling faces and they were very friendly.
