Hi I have two complaints......... WE WERE CHARGED £10 FOR EARLY CHECK IN WHEN IT WAS AGREED THEYD BE NO CHARGE!! and secondly, WE WERE TOLD XMAS LUNCH WAS SERVED UP UNTIL 2.30 SO WE CAME DOWN 5 ...
