The beds are wonderful! The room actually had AC, which is apparently rare on the island. They make nice cold water and ice available at all times in the lobby. We probably saved $10US a day on water.

It is very well located and is perfect for those who are going to dive, at the reception they help you with everything and give you tips, they recommended us where to rent bikes and coordinate to go to the key. Forever ...

The view from our private screened porch was great. The staff was exceptionally friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. Sunsets with cocktails on the dock waiting for eagle rays to come visit. ...
The staff and the dive instructors are excellent but the property and especially the rooms are very tired.
