I usually stay at your hotel, either in Puerto Montt or Santiago. Today I could not take breakfast, because the transfers happened to pick me up at 07:00 in the morning

the sight
The staff excellent, friendly, human quality, disposition and understanding with children, great pool ideal for children, good breakfast.
Very spacious room which was great with a beautiful view at the harbour. Close to the bus station within walking distance approximately 700 meters.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, plus the location was very good!
This is a very nice hotel with many upscale features. Huge room with double sinks and small kitchenette. Our room on the 5th floor had a beautiful view. Breakfast was very good and on the top floor...
the breakfast is ok. The location also.
