The friendly staff, I speak very little french but the staff knew enough English to be able to answer all our questions.
Ideal location, our room had a view of the cathedral. Free parking at the hotel. Adequate cleaning. Good value for money.
The location of the hotel is perfect and the price / quality is also good.
The possibility of checking in at an ATM when you arrive late.
