Nice room with amazing host

We love the host. She is so cute granny. She gave us many good advices about Batumi and told interesting things about her life. Everything was good: hot shower, kitchen, free coffee, close to the sea...

Very close to the sea. Lot of shops and some restaurants nearby. Batumi botanical garden also not far. Very friendly and intelligent stuff. Reasonable choice for people with limited budget.
