Great facilities, bathroom bedroom everything was good and clean. It was also quiet. My room was warm. Staff was kind.

Staff is very nice and helpful, they seem to enjoy their work, although they are a bit clumsy. Room was clean, hotel is in a good position for exploring Spoleto. Nice breakfast and quality/price ...
