The place is very nice, with big green backyard, a small playground for little ones in a quiet location.

How it looked: modern, grassy fields. Private parking.

Very nice garden and the location is in a quiet, rural neighbor hood. Distance to the seaside is considerable, but not a problem if you have a car.
