The place was in disrepair and the person at the check in was in dirty clothes and very unfriendly. Had on the same dirty clothes when we left. The beach and nothing about the place

It is a typical small guest house / hotel of small Yucatan village.. but at an expensive price comparing the value. The manager wasn't friendly by opposite the employees were nice.

I think it would be good if they gave you the opportunity to spend a few hours, of course with an affordable cost, since taking off at 12 noon is still too early to leave. Everything else ...

A few steps from the beach (which by the way, was super quiet clean), nice facilities and very friendly and helpful staff
The excellent sunset
The hotel leaves much to be desired. Even the color of the facade painting is not the same as the photo, surely that photo is from 20 years ago. Very damaged, lacks maintenance, water ...
