Easy access to train and bus station. We were there when city held a fireworks display which was a pleasant surprise. We were allowed to drop off our luggage early (huge benefit).

The location is perfect, right by the train station, and close to a great public bath! Host is friendly and kind, gave a great check-in tour and answered questions. 10/10 would stay there again...
