Very good location, but to be honest every location in Venezia is good :) Nice bars and restaurants 10 metres from apartment.

very good place - not far from the bus station and the main attractions. Dzattere waterfront 10 minutes walk, 30 minutes to the San Marco. the room is clean, bright, furnished with all from Ikea, ...
