It's a new place and fairly smart and spacious. For what I paid it represented pretty good value for money even given the issues mentioned in the negatives.

Location is a bit further from the city centre, but close to train stop Kezmarok zastavka. There is a small kitchen, shared bathroom and a bar in the basement.
