WE WERE GREETED BY CAROLINE WHO WAS SO VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. SHE EXPLAINED THAT ONE OF THE ROOMS HAD THE REVERSE SETTING FOR THE HOT WATER. SHE SHOWED US WHERE EVERYTHING WAS AND DIDN’T LEAVE ...
