The staff were lovely

The staff were very friendly. It was conveniently close to the railway station, in the centre of town and easy to explore the historic city.

It was a very nice sized room in a convenient place close to Rochester Cathedral, train station, and the Castle. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I would definitely stay again!
