The Owner helpful, immediate like, house calm, peaceful ,expansive. Casa met expectations

Staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming - mostly seemed apathetic. Location does not have constant attendance and guests are treated as pesky kids.. Rooms and facilities are OK, location not too bad but...
