The fact you were never made to feel uncomfortable because of the care and friendliness of all the staff ! Lovely big clean room with a sunny balcony. Would highly recommend.. also easy access to Bath...

Excellent location,very easy to walk along canal path into Bath.(approx 45mins) Had an evening meal which was excellent,reasonably priced and a very good breakfast.

Excellent food and wine list, comfortable beds
Great location, friendly staff. Room was ok, but I have stayed there previously in a different room which was much nicer than this one, so I think some of the rooms may need a bit of a refurb.
We arrived very late so we had little time to enjoy the place. We liked it very much, it is beautiful next to the river a lot of peace and tranquility. We would have liked to stay one more day but not anymore ...
