Everything else about the place was fantastic, the room was very clean, great space and everything looked great and smelled great too. The parking space was huge too.

Rooms were surprisingly quiet. In the two nights we were there we didn’t hear neighbours at all. Room was decently equipped with a 2 queen beds, one nightstand, desk/chair, large cabinet/dresser with approx 40” TV, microwave and refrigerator. Air conditioner is in the back of the room and blows well - noticeably cools the unit off in about 5-10 minutes. Bathroom has been updated but finishing quality throughout the unit was questionable. Floor has a little ‘bounce’. Bathroom walls have some crack and rough wall patches. No coffee maker on-site (none in the room nor the lobby) but A&W is about 2 minutes up the road and Tim Hortons/McDonalds less than 5 minutes down the road. We brought ceramic mugs to microwave our own instant coffee - it works. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept extremely well. TV has Netflix that you can log in with your own account (if it allows it) but we didn’t see if there was cable. Was hoping to maybe watch the news or weather but not sure if the TV needed to scan for stations or cable was non-existent. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect and was somewhat pleasantly surprised. The attendants were super friendly and when you walk outside in the morning there are people sitting outside at picnic tables and under the gazebo drinking their coffee (note to operators - you either need a central coffee maker or in-room coffee makers) Would I go back - yes What would I recommend - bring your own kettle or coffee maker.
