Our room was dirty, and the stuff was so worry about it, that they gave us the best type of rooms in the whole hotel

I got what I paid...

Very pleasant staff on the whole. Nice attitude towards us. Room was cleaned properly and the breakfast ran until an acceptable time i.e. 10 a.m.
