Friendly people at reception.
Near to train station. Decent enough for simple travellers. FREE: Shower (only 4 shower room per gender in the basement-10mins usage each), soap, shampoo, towel, coffee and tea. Toliet (5+ cubicle...

Great location, within 5 minutes walk of Akanobashi station and a FamilyMart near by. Free showers and towels. Cheap toiletries available at the front desk.
Really close to metro. Nice street with a lot of different food nearby. Really quiet place.
