The location is excellent, although it is in a high part of the city and is not accessible to everyone. The price is very good, the best in the city, and the price-quality ratio is the best.

it is make your own breakfast pancakes as the option unless you choose to bring in grocery to cook (since they do have a kitchen with gas burner to cook).
