My plans simultaneously changed. At the result, I arrived to Leipzig very early (was sleepless). Even though, the check-in was after 14-15:00, staff gave me a hand to arrange a place.

Staff was very helpful. For example, when i had bank card balance problem, staff gladly helped me to pay one line with his own accout.
