Bad reception

Room for 4 non-compliant with what is presented on the site. Window on wall, household not done, not very clean sheet. After complaints about compliance and request for change of sheets, the manager asked us to leave immediately and refused to refund the first night. Moreover in the kitchen and the dining room we noticed the presence of cockroaches on the walls and on the tables.

You get what you pay for.

The location was great. It was close to the city center and CBD. Wifi can be a bit unreliable at times, kitchen facilities could be improved. It's a pretty decent place but it could be better.

Right next to Skybus stop to airport and short walk to Queen St and the centre.

The beds are pretty comfortable however it would be nice to have tables and chairs inside the rooms as the pods gets a bit cramped. The walls are pretty thin you can hear the noises outside. Its a good thing they have a bar downstairs to avoid disturbing sleeping guests. Receptionists are friendly. Insulation could be improved.

Nice staff, we had no problem. And I loved sleeping under the stars on the terrace (because there is no tent but a front) for 5 euros and the view and superb!

The room I had was in the basement so dark and has problems of ventilation in the bathroom. So you better ask for a room off the basement. Otherwise everything was perfect and the staff very welcoming and efficient. A pasta free evening

Neighborhood at the top !!! The prettiest in Berlin, very BOBO but not necessarily expensive, cheaper than Paris anyway. You eat for less than 10 € A real discovery. The studio was very big but could have been a cleaner chtouille without that

The team is lovely and accommodating, the place warm and friendly. Possibilities to use free-access fridges, to arrive / leave without curfew (the hotel is located close to everything), after having spent several nights, I highly recommend!

Excellent location. Reasonably clean (although, not sure how wise it is, from a hygiene point of view, to have the shower IN the toilet cubicle :/ ). One regrettable aspect of the hostel was a particular member of staff who seemed to be thoroughly stoned
