Quiet. Staff friendly despite other reviews to contrary, Czech people are not fake smile people, they are straight forward. Cooking facilities, fridge, free tea and coffee all day.

Perfect location. Big comfort double bed.
Nothing is too dirty i booked for 10 days but i couldn't stay yet they bluntly refused to refund me. Their workers are rude and very cunning.
The staff guys were extremely kind and helpful. The location couldn't be better - close to everything: coach and train station, old town, shops and food places.
Location is very good. Fast access to all public transport. Room was spacious.
Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, excellent localization. Overall, a good place to spend a night in Brno.
