The location was amazing in a little village at the Shaolin Temple. Loads of Kung Fu training going on all around from early until late. Really good noodle restaurant 100m down the hill.

Pleasant and interesting
It is in Songshan itself which makes it very useful to know the teaching system and to visit the places of interest. It is surrounded by restaurant and business and in the afternoon there are food carts.

The location within the temple complex and very friendly staff, offered us better rooms than those reserved. The breakfast was not bad.
