Cosy, quirky, original Galway townhouse nestled in the Woodquay area of Galway City.
Our hostel is a chilled-out & friendly place.
We offer ensuite rooms and mixed dorm accommodation, so whether you’re a solo traveller, a youth group or a group of friends, we have you covered.
Running since 1991 (when hostels were not q thing), we try to give our guests the best experience of Galway.

On-the-go, to get you started, take-away breakfast incl: tea or coffee, a freshly baked scone, fruit & water. Or if you prefer to cook you can use our fully equipped kitchen.

Hostel very well located a few meters from the city center. Very friendly staff? The only downside is that the kitchen and dining room are a little tight compared to the number of people that can be accommodated by the hostel.

Me and my friends stayed there for 3 days and it was absolutely perfect! The room was really nice, the staff was so sweet and helpful, the showers and toilets were clean. Every morning, you wake up with a wonderful breakfast, some bread baked by the staff every day, fruits, tea. What a great way to start the day! It was definitely an unforgettable experience for all of us, it was marvelous! Thanks to the great staff, I highly recommend this place, and this beautiful town!!

The mixed dormitory of 10 was comfortable although very dense. Lots of stairs in this hostel.

Small but welcoming.
We stayed four nights in a mixed dorms of 8 beds and we really enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen is well furnished and the commun room was a nice place to meet new people from all around the world.
Room and bathroom clean. Friendly and available staff.
The staff is available to help you 24/7 and the quality of the rooms are good and the services offered as well.
A top inn well ambiancée by the team! A great Christmas among you A very "summer camp" atmosphere that we had a hard time leaving. The central kitchen, the courtyard and the living room create a warm atmosphere which facilitates contact. In the top !
Only downside: breakfast not quite complete
We enjoyed our stay the staff are very welcoming and guided us on the walks and places to visit. The rooms are clean and common places too (bathroom, toilet, kitchen ...). The permanence all night is top! This hostel is recommended.
