Well located hostel, welcoming and friendly staff

unfriendly welcome: avoid asking questions (the lady in the back office of the unfriendly reception; did you bother her?.). then the cleanliness was average dirty staircase room also not well cleaned. then we wanted to extend but the priority is for groups in this hostel: turn individuals when they need rooms. it is also necessary to pay in advance the totality otherwise do not reserve and without possible refund and still a deposit for the magnetic cards. in the rooms, there are no small shelves to put personal belongings, and no locker where you can close with a padlock .. so business not safe. The common fridge has the small 9small kitchen and smells not good) is full and stinks. 2 hot plates out of 4 do not work... to troubleshoot as much as possible.

Hostel a bit far from Grenoble. Friendly welcome. The 4-bed room is equipped with a socket and individual light but is small, fortunately there were only 2 occupants for 4 places, there is little room/chair to put your clothes on. Breakfast is a plus :-)

Small downside: there were no sheets in my room and I couldn't find any information on where to get them. Maybe specify on the booking page that the wifi does not work in the rooms. Otherwise nothing to say, very warm welcome!

Very warm welcome, beautiful environment, spacious and friendly interior and exterior spaces, hearty breakfast, real consideration of environmental issues (including products from short or national circuits)

A hostel in quiet surroundings. Practical equipment in general. Dishes, pots and cutlery could be more available. sufficient information. Information material on mountain hikes or excursions into the Alps using public transport is far too limited. Even the very nice staff could contribute little to information. Breakfast time is too early.

Clean hostel, well equipped and accessible by public transport. The staff is very nice and pleasant. Lack may just be equipment in the kitchen (cutlery).

I arrived late because of a transport problem and the person at the reception very kindly waited for me after closing time to check in! Clean and quiet premises. Be careful, the maps of the site do not indicate the correct address, the hostel is not in the city center.

The hostel is super nice but maybe a little outdated, it would definitely deserve a little refreshment! Small negative point too, there are cupboards with locks in the rooms but they don't close, it's a bit of a shame. Beyond that, she offers a lot of services, and she's quite friendly. Little more for the lady who was at the reception, thank you a thousand times!
