The location a step away from the station of the train and bus station makes it excellent. Very useful when going in winter or arriving at night. A good point, close to everything that can be visited.
There is no real reception, but someone from Burgerking will give you the key and info. The guy did a perfect job and was very service minded, hats of to you sir!
