Located in the heart of Paris 14th, we offer a very good value for money.
With 192 ensuite rooms from 1 to 7 beds, with a total of 486 beds, come and stay with us in a private or shared room. All our rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and private toilet.
Adapted rooms for disabled guests are available on request.

It lodges and welcomes in priority young people and groups of young people of all nationalities.
It allows organizations from all walks of life to organize seminars, conferences and meetings in its rooms.
FIAP offers its guests a large number of cultural and educational activities: exhibitions, concerts, etc.
It also organizes special and special moments for its long-stay guests, which are opportunities for young people to meet and discuss.

There are no age restrictions for private rooms. But for dorm rooms, reservations are for people aged between 18 and 30 years old only.
Please note that there are local taxes to be paid on check in. 2.60€ per person per night
Please note that anyone under the age of 18 cannot stay in the hostel without having at least 1 person over 18 with them. This is very important. You will be refused on arrival if not.
3 nights minimum stay for group bookings
We accept under 18s for group bookings, and they must take the whole dorm to themselves.

We, a couple in our sixties, spent two weekend nights at FIAP. Quiet, very well soundproofed establishment which suited us completely. Families, young people, groups of schoolchildren and retirees rub shoulders, particularly at breakfast, and that’s a good thing. Beautiful photo exhibition on Cuba on the 1st floor.

I recommend this address which has an ideal geographical location in Paris intramuros. The premium rooms are clean and comfortable However, I regret the total absence of hot water and the low water flow in general which spoiled my stay a little!

Very good location, very good price
Hello, There is no sign to indicate the rooms on the floor of building B. There is only one sign for the rooms on the ground floor of building B. The information on the location of the room is partially communicated to the reception or not known The upstairs hallway light is dim and not working on the first part The shower door is broken. Information that soap is not provided is non-existent or not very visible Building B does not have an elevator The issue of the invoice is made only before physical departure and is refused before breakfast The people in the restaurant were nice.
Very quiet associative youth hostel which functions as a hotel. Located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, on line 6. Terrace and bar. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Dormitories and private rooms to be released by 9.30 am. Self-catering morning and evening for meals, so no shared kitchen. Breakfast included before 9am.
The FIAP Hostel is in one of the best locations. It is a short walk to both the 6 and the 4 metro lines. The staff are very accommodating and allow you to store your bags pre/post check in/out. There is a lot of natural light and the coffee in their little bar area is fantastic. The only problem I had was that the hair dryer didn't work and the outlet in the bathroom was busted, which is only a minor inconvenience and didn't deteriorate my experience. I intend on returning.
Extremely accessible (right next to OrlyBus, and the RER to Charles de Gaulle (aka "Chuck D"). Room was exceptionally clean. No TV, no street noise. Doors have to be slammed to close, so there is a bit of banging in the halls at night. Security is top notch. Desk is friendly enough. Wifi works, but don't expect to stream videos or anything without paying for the fast wifi. Drawback: nothing is accessible for the differently-abled. Stairs abound, no elevators
