The staff was really friendly and helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location is pretty cool, right on the busy street of Gran Via, so lots to do.

We stay in a private room for 4 people, everything is awesome, the facility is nice, room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is wonderful!
Location was great everything we did and wanted to do was within a 10 minute walking time.
I felt safe and the rooms were clean. Great location!
