The hosted administration is very unreliable. They cancelled my booking and changed it to some other branch just one day before the arrival. Also the prebooking amount that I paid is not refundable on cancellation. Its very unprofessional and disgraceful for such a hotel chain. Never ever gonna book again

Great hostesses are very friendly and very clean

A simple hostel, with good heating and very well located, with supermarkets (Lidel, a bio ...), cafes, shops, the metro station where you can take any direction and about 20 from the airport.

The hostel is close to the metro and allows to be in the center quickly. The only downside I will find is that being divided into several buildings, there is no soul that can be found in other hostels; we only communicate with the people in our room. If you do not pay for breakfast, you do not have access to the kitchen which is a problem because it means you have to eat outside each time or bring these short and others. Overall, it is better to pay a little more and have more benefits because in this hostel, the price is not high (which is good for students in particular) but each small service is extra (bed linen: 7 €, breakfast: 7 €, check-out beyond 10h: 10 € ...) Finally, I paid for a mixed room and my first night, I ended up in a room of 8 with 7 boys; I asked to change rooms because I was not very comfortable and I was told that the hostel was full or I had to pay extra to change the building ..

This hostel is big in Berlin and does the job for Berlin. Safe.

I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights. It's not too far from an S-Bahn station which is great for getting into and out of the city. There's a supermarket literally next door so you can save money and cook for yourself. It was clean, and there was soap in the showers to use for free.

The wifi worked. That is about it.

Really nice place! We reserved the hostel because it was so cheap so I didn't expect anything really great but when we came to hostel I was surprised. Hostel was big and there was everything what a traveller can need. Staff was really friendly. Location isn't so great, you have to walk a bit for the nearest metro stop. But I liked that it wasn't in the center, every traveller in Berlin should see also that side of the city, not only great tourist places.

It was really centrally located, rooms were comfortable and clean and a good size.

Great location, right next to Ostkreuz, near lots of good clubs. A cheap area with loads of cool bars and places to eat. The bar staff were really friendly and its small enough so that you can meet loads of other people. The pillows were huge and really comfy.

The artwork in the rooms is truly unique and enjoyable. The bar atmosphere was nice. The kitchen option was good as well. Beds were comfy, but sheets were extra

Excellent and cheap italian place next door with pizzas and pastas from 2.50 up to 3.50, and a cocktail place on other side with cocktails for 3.50 which can be for takeaway (given in plastic cup). Also Lidl very close.

The very nice and welcoming staff, the cosy atmosphere, the cleaniness and facilities. Very good location: close to public transport and situated in a friendly and outgoing area.

It is ample, clean and has many facilities. Besides, it is located in a quarter with lots of bars and restaurants.

My friend and I stayed in a twin bed private room with a private bathroom in May. It was a very bright and clean room with a really clean bathroom, towels, hairdryer, etc. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. It is about a 5 minute walk to Ostkreuz station so is in a great location to easily access the rest of the city. For the cost it is fantastic value for money.
